Terms applicable to use
of the directory:
Website submission
1. All websites submitted to the directory must
have off-line contact details comprising as a minimum both at time
of submission and for the duration of the listing in the directory:-
- Full Mailing address visible
online.
- Telephone contact details available online.
- Return policy accessible and visible
online.
- NO adult content.
- Retailer of personalised
products/supplies to the public.
2. The editor of the directory reserves the right
to check the details at any time by utilising the details to
establish contact or cross reference with entities such as the whois
database etc.
3. The editor reserves the right to periodically
check that listed sites are maintaining compliance with all
requirements.
4. Websites found to be in violation of our terms
of business can and will be removed from the directory regardless of
whether they have a free or featured listing.
5. The editor reserves the right to refuse and reject
submissions that do not meet the above criteria. Any fee's paid are
non-refundable. It is the webmasters responsibility to ensure their
site complies with the above criteria. If in doubt,

Submission of testimonials
All testimonials submitted must be truthful and accurate. The
user submitting the testimonial agrees and remains liable for any
inaccuracies contained within the testimonial and exonerates the
editor of the directory for any liability contained within the
content.
The user submitting the testimonial declares he/she is not the
owner of the site in question or connected with its operation in any
way.
Publication of testimonials
The editor of the directory reserves the right to
not publish or censor any submitted testimonial that appears to be
untrue in any way, libellous, continuing a dispute or defamatory
language and/or contains any of the
following; obscene language, sexually explicit language, profanity
or objectionable content. This list is not exhaustive or exclusive.
The editor of the directory accepts there are
always two sides to a dispute, and as such if a website owner feels
a testimonial is inaccurate or unfairly represents the service they
have provided they are encouraged to CONTACT US with details as to
why the comments are inaccurate. If the editor agrees the
testimonial may be censored or removed entirely at the discretion of
the editor.
All parties accept by using this feature it is not
a dispute resolution service or a forum for dispute resolution.
Review of websites
and Products
Reviews of websites are conducted and written accurately and
factually by the editor and will represent the service received from
the site. The research may include ordering products from the
website anonymously or the website owner freely submitting a
representative sample of their goods free of charge. Where the
website owner submits a sample the inclusion of the business
name/logo into the finished article is perfectly acceptable. The
purpose of the review article is not to find fault, As a paid
service it is intended to highlight the good points and strengths of
the product, company and service provided. If the website owner
feels that the review does not portray the service provided in the
transaction/site visit reviewed he/she should
contact us with information as to
why. The editor may at his/her discretion either amend, annotate, or
replace the review. All parties agree by using this service, the
editors decision is final.
Any goods sourced for the review will be photographed and appear
on the review page.
The editor may at his/her discretion also include the review
either wholly or in part in Blogs on other sites.

Terms applicable to the Sale of goods (when offered):
Dispatch
ezmousemat.com work hard to
dispatch all orders as fast as possible and in most cases orders
received for stock items and paid for by midday are dispatched
the same day. The latest your order will be dispatched is within
48hrs. If your order can't be dispatched within 48hrs you will be
offered a refund of all monies paid if you would like to cancel your
order
Delivery
Most orders are delivered via
Royal Mail services. Displayed postage costs unless stated otherwise
are for delivery to UK addresses by Royal Mail services. If you
require another service or international delivery please arrange
this via the 'contact us' page prior to ordering.
Returns Policy:
If you are unhappy with your item when it arrives whether it is due
to defects or postal damages, in the first instance please email us
ASAP. If ezmousemat.com don’t know its damaged we can't do anything
about it.
ezmousemat.com always endeavours to rectify and resolve issues where
at all humanly possible. If photos are attached to the email it
helps enormously as we can also see exactly what the damage/defect
is at the outset and helps avoid misunderstandings.
Online purchase:
1. These are covered by the distance selling regulations and grants
you 7 days from receipt of your item to cancel your order/purchase.
This needs to be done in writing or by email.
2. If you wish to return your order, please advise me within 7 days
of receipt by email to obtain a reference number which must appear
on the outer postal wrapping of the return, and ensure it is
returned within 14 days of receipt. The item must be un-used and in
its original, unopened packaging where supplied (excluding postal
covering).
3. The items must arrive in re-saleable condition to qualify for
refund under the distance selling regulations. Damaged returns will
be rejected at point of delivery.
4. Used/opened items will only be accepted by prior written
agreement and may be subject to a restocking fee to cover re-packing
etc. This fee will be determined on a case by case basis.
5. Personalised or specially manufactured items are exempt from the
‘cooling of period’ legislation; however we will if the item is in
original un-used condition and re-saleable (i.e. does not include a
photo\picture of you or company logo) accept return of the item by
prior written agreement only.
Auction format Sales on eBay, Pgbids & eBid etc:
These kinds of sales are not covered by the distance selling
regulations, however in some cases return of non faulty or undamaged
auction goods will be accepted by prior written consent on a case by
case basis. Please be aware that the same conditions will be applied
to this kind of return as for a Buy It Now item
Buy It Now sales on eBay,
Pgbids & eBid etc:
These kinds of sales are covered
by the Distance Selling Regulations and as such will be treated in
the same manner as online purchases (see online purchase above)
Damaged Goods
If your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, in the first
instance email me with a description of the damage and if possible
attach a picture of the damage, this may negate the need to return
for inspection in some cases. Upon receipt of the damaged item, I
will replace it (where possible) or refund the purchase price (Inc
p&p) if a replacement is not available
Non Delivery
1. Where trackable/recorded delivery methods are used, if the
courier or Royal Mail can provide a signature for delivery no refund
will be given. If no signature can be produced up to 15 working days
inclusive from posting, the item value + p&p will be refunded. Any
refund prior to 15 days is discretionary and on a case by case
basis.
2. Where non trackable / recorded delivery services are used items
are not considered ‘lost’ for a period of 15 working days from
posting. Any refund issued prior to 15 days is discretionary and on
a case by case basis.
